Marc Almondalek
Brand Manager 6HEAD
Marc is the Brand Manager of 6HEAD across the Sydney and Perth locations and brings over 21 years of global hospitality experience across three continents. He joined Seagrass Boutique Hospitality Group in November 2021, initially managing its flagship Meat & Wine Co restaurant in Barangaroo before relocating to the UK as Regional Operations Executive where he led the opening of the first international Meat & Wine Co restaurant in Mayfair, London.
After stabalising operations in London, Marc returned to Australia in October 2023 to take on the leadership of the super-premium 6HEAD brand, where he continues to focus on driving operational performance, enhanced guest experience, strong and cohesive team culture, and elevating brand identity.
Marc holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Hotel Management and is a Level 1 Certified International Executive Coach. His leadership approach is deeply influenced by his interest in the psychology and biology of human behaviour, which he integrates into building high-performing teams and meaningful guest experiences.
Driven by a strong sense of purpose, Marc believes leadership is earned daily through service to others, and he strives to embody this principle in every aspect of his work.
