Ann Marie Mesiano

Ann-Marie Mesiano brings over 25 years’ experience across hospitality, retail, and multi-site businesses, with a strong background in finance, procurement, and store network development.

Since joining Seagrass in 2013, Ann-Marie has held a number of key roles across the Seagrass business, giving her a deep understanding of how the business operates. As Head of Procurement, Services & Construction, she leads procurement across non-perishables, services, and new store build, while playing a key role in new site development and store refurbishments.

Ann-Marie is known for her practical, collaborative approach – working closely across teams to deliver quality, value, and consistency, while building strong supplier partnerships and supporting the Seagrass Group’s ongoing growth objectives.
