The “Women in Leadership” Program is designed to take participants on an intensive journey of personal growth and professional development.

Targeted to employees at Supervisory level and above, this program’s core commitment is to empower, nurture and cultivate continuous growth of women. The goal is to equip our women leaders with specific tools to build stronger relationships, sharpen critical thinking, drive change, inspire peak performance, and cultivate accountability.
