Steve has over 20 years of experience in hospitality operations. His journey began in South Africa with Sun International, where he honed his operational skills and passion for delivering memorable guest experiences across all aspects of food, beverage and service, by way of attention to detail and his passion for putting the guest first. Throughout his career, Steve has had the privilege of working in diverse cultural settings, including Germany, Greece, Romania, USA and Australia.

Steve takes pride in constantly seeking new challenges and opportunities to innovate and elevate the standards of service delivery, drawing from his rich background. Steve believes in continuous learning to help elevate and innovate the guest service experience and drive business results.
