The Meat & Wine Co first opened its doors in Darling Harbour in 2003. Today there are 11 locations across Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth and Canberra.

Underpinning this success are our people. To be successful in the restaurant business the most important asset are the people. The kitchen team, the front of house team, the waiters and runners, the hostess or the scullery are all incredibly important to be able to give guests outstanding dining experiences.

Seagrass Boutique Hospitality Group is a fast growing restaurant company that owns and operates leading brands including 6 HEAD, The Meat & Wine Co, Hunter & Barrel, Ribs & Burgers, Italian Street Kitchen and Alma’s across over 45 venues Australia wide.

As a group we’re opening 5-8 new restaurants per year across Australia

To fuel this growth we are looking to attract great people that want to start a career or expand and grow their career in hospitality.
