The Meat & Wine Co first opened its doors in Darling Harbour in 2003. Today there are 11 locations across Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth and Canberra.
Underpinning this success are our people. To be successful in the restaurant business the most important asset are the people. Seagrass Boutique Hospitality Group is a fast growing restaurant company that owns and operates leading brands including 6 HEAD, The Meat & Wine Co, Hunter & Barrel, Ribs & Burgers, Italian Street Kitchen and Alma’s across over 45 venues Australia wide.
As a group we’re opening 5-8 new restaurants per year across Australia
